However, if an order was dispatched due to a human error caused by bVitra, please email us within 48hrs at customercare@ We will need to know your order number and the details of the order so we can address the matter in a timely and prompt manner.

Additionally, if you received a damaged product, please email us within 48hrs at customercare@ with your order details and order number so we can attend to the matter ASAP.

 Order concerns will be addressed as per the Australian Consumer Laws.
