Customer satisfaction is paramount, and we will endeavour to address any order concerns with care and in a timely manner. If you are dissatisfied with your product, please let us know at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if an order was dispatched due to a human error caused by bVitra, please email us within 48hrs at email@example.com. We will need to know your order number and the details of the order so we can address the matter in a timely and prompt manner.
Additionally, if you received a damaged product, please email us within 48hrs at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order details and order number so we can attend to the matter ASAP.
Order concerns will be addressed as per the Australian Consumer Laws.
